MCAT 515+ was great, but payment options?

Anyone else think the payment plan options could be better? I used The Princeton Review for my MCAT 515+ Course, and the content was solid as always. But trying to get a clear breakdown of monthly payments felt more complicated than it needed to be, especially since most promo codes don't apply to those plans anyway. Still, the course itself really delivered.

NCLEX-RN Prep was awesome!

The NCLEX-RN Prep materials were exactly what I needed! I passed my exam on the first try, which is amazing. The online access for these materials is super long too, so I never felt rushed. Definitely recommending this to all my nursing school friends!

Helpful ACT prep course

So I decided to try out The Princeton Review for my ACT prep, went with the ACT Self-Paced option. My friend had used them and said it was pretty good. I liked that I could go at my own speed, and the explanations for the trickier questions really helped things click. The online portal was simple to use, didn't have to hunt around for anything. I just did it on my laptop and it was pretty chill. I thought it was a solid way to study for the test.

Consistent SAT prep

I used The Princeton Review again for my daughter's SAT prep, specifically the SAT Self-Paced Course. I had used them for my son a few years back for his ACT prep, and it was pretty similar this time. The online materials were solid and easy to navigate. It arrived just as expected, no surprises. Good experience overall, just like the last time.

GRE course value

I was looking for a good deal on GRE prep and found The Princeton Review's GRE 162+ Course. I managed to get a pretty decent discount during their back to school offer, which was a nice saving compared to the original price. The materials and practice tests seemed comprehensive enough. It felt like I got my money's worth for sure, especially with the discount.

How long do you get access to the online materials after you finish an ACT course? Is it just for the course duration or longer?

C Carly 2 months ago
I think it's for like 6 months after your course ends for most programs. Plenty of time to review.

From what I remember, for the self-paced courses, you get 12 months, but for the live online ones, it's usually 120 days or so after your class ends. Might vary a bit, but it's usually a few months.

When's the best time to look for deals on their MCAT course? Trying to save some money.

M Mike 1 month ago
They usually have sales around back-to-school time, so like August/September. Also, sometimes around holidays.

Keep an eye out in June, too! I snagged a pretty good discount on my GRE course during their 'summer sale' type of thing. Black Friday is also a big one for them if you can wait that long.

Looking at the GMAT 700+ course vs. Kaplan's equivalent. Has anyone used both or have opinions on which is better?

B Ben 1 month ago
I used Princeton Review for the SAT and my friend used Kaplan for GMAT. He said Kaplan was good, but I personally found PR's instructors to be really engaging. It probably comes down to teaching style preference.

I haven't used both for GMAT, but I've heard PR has slightly more in-depth content for some sections, while Kaplan is maybe more about strategy. Both are legit though, you probably can't go wrong. Maybe try a free practice test from each if they offer it.

Is it possible to use two promo codes on one purchase? I have a military discount but also found a general coupon code for an SAT course.

A Andre Bennett 2 months ago
Nah, pretty sure you can't stack them. They usually only let you use one discount per purchase.

Yeah, they're usually pretty strict about that. Most places only allow one coupon or offer at a time. Pick the one that saves you the most!

How do returns work if I sign up for an academic tutoring package and it's not a good fit?

S Shane 2 months ago
I think for tutoring, if you haven't used any sessions, you can get a full refund within a certain timeframe, like 7 days maybe? After that, it might be partial.

J Josh 2 months ago
Yeah, if you cancel before your first session, you can get all your money back. If you've started but still have hours left, they'll refund you for the unused sessions, but I think there's a small processing fee sometimes.
